The Digital Government Congress is a space for meeting and exchanging knowledge, experiences, good practices, services and solutions in the field of digital transformation of Catalan public administrations to make them closer to citizens, more agile, efficient, innovative and give a better response to the expectations and new challenges posed by society. This edition will take place on March 12 and 13, 2025 at the Barcelona International Convention Center (CCIB)
The Digital Government Congress 2025 is presented with an inspiring slogan: "The revolution of smart governments: inclusivity, proactivity, and sustainability." This revolution goes beyond technology itself. It is about deeply transforming our society, placing people at the center of everything. That is why the governments that wish to join this revolution are committed to ensuring digital rights through inclusive, sustainable, and proactive public services that anticipate the needs of citizens.
In this context, we want to emphasize the European Declaration on Digital Rights and Principles and the Strategic Program for the Digital Decade for 2030, which reinforce this commitment, focusing on an inclusive, secure and sustainable digital transformation that, again, it places people as the centerpiece of its action.
